Naam Yoga on Tuesdays
11:00 am 90 minutes
Naam Yoga is a unique spiritual science merging Kundalini Yoga and Universal Kabbalah. Naam Yoga promotes self healing: working on the nervous system, the chemistry of blood, and the glandular and digestive systems.
Mantra - Regulates the mind by utilizing sounds designed to raise and shift consciousness through rhythm and repetition.
Mudras are hand gestures and finger positions: the golden keys used to access points of consciousness.
Breathing Techniques in coordination with classic yoga postures remove trapped air and toxins from the organs and the blood.
